The story

A shop built the long way — one repair at a time.

Bryan founded Hail Solutions LLC in 2002 and has been working out of Olathe ever since. Early on, the work was a mix of door dings, parking-lot damage, and word-of-mouth jobs for friends and dealers. As hail volume across the Kansas City metro picked up, the shop narrowed its focus to hail work specifically — and that's been the only thing we do since.

The shop specializes exclusively in hail repair. No door dings, no general paintless dent repair, no detailing, no tint, no body filler work. The hyper-focus is intentional: hail repair is a distinct craft with its own tools, its own inspection techniques, and its own relationship with insurance. Doing one thing lets us do it better than shops that try to do five.

Over twenty-three years in the trade, Bryan has restored more than 5,000 vehicles. That includes everyday sedans, F-150s with aluminum bodies, Teslas and other EVs, luxury European cars, commercial fleet work, and the occasional total-loss save where the insurance estimator had written the vehicle off. We've seen every dent pattern hail can produce. When your car rolls in, we recognize the damage type and know how to handle it before you get out of the driver's seat.

Bryan started in the trade in 2002, learning paintless dent repair the hard way — on the job, one dent at a time. There's no paintless dent repair school that teaches you how to read aluminum differently than steel, or how to feel through a rod when you're 18 inches behind a panel. That knowledge comes from years of repetition. By the time he opened his own shop, Bryan had already worked storm seasons across three states and repaired vehicles for dealerships, fleet companies, and individual owners. He brought all of that experience back to Olathe and built a shop around doing one thing exceptionally well.

"We handle the repair from start to finish" is not a tagline — it's the actual service. When you bring your car in, we photograph the damage, write the estimate in CCC ONE format, submit the supplement documentation with LED line-board photos, meet the adjuster on-site, work through any underpayment, coordinate your rental, and call you when the car is done. You make one decision — to bring us the car — and we take it from there. Most customers spend less than 30 minutes total on the entire process.

The Olathe location isn't an accident. Johnson County sits directly in the KC metro's primary storm entry corridor — severe weather moves southwest to northeast across the metro, and Olathe is one of the first cities it hits. Being in the corridor means we're close to the damage, every season. We're not driving two hours to reach customers. When a storm rolls through, the shop is already in the middle of it — and that proximity means faster inspections, faster repairs, and no weeks-long wait for a traveling tech to show up.

Why this matters to you

The person who fixes your car has done this 5,000+ times.

  • 01

    Not a trainee, not a first-year tech

Paintless dent repair has a 2–3 year learning curve. It takes 3–5+ years before someone handles aluminum panels and body-line work confidently. Bryan trained every tech in our shop personally.

  • 02

    Permanent Olathe shop since 2002

Not a storm chaser, not a franchise. Not a seasonal pop-up. The same address in the same storm corridor, year after year. That's what makes our lifetime warranty enforceable.

  • 03

    Quality obsession, not a slogan

The goal on every vehicle is the same. Make it look like the storm never happened. No visible lines. No flat spots on the body. Factory paint untouched. CarFax clean.

  • 04

    Insurance, done without the headache

We write every estimate in CCC ONE format. We document supplements with LED line-board photography. We meet the adjuster. You don't have to learn the insurance industry — we already did.

In Bryan's words

"My job is to hand you back the car you had before the storm. Not a car with repair records. Not a car with a CarFax flag. Not a car that’s close enough. The car you had."
